Steeped in heteronormative and sexist traditions, we can sometimes find it hard to square these archaic institutions with our modern principals, I know I do.

With a ceremony designed around you, your partner and your loved ones, the old-school narratives can be changed, adapted or removed completely. New traditions, structures and symbolic gestures can be created and brought to life, creating your own ceremony, and bringing something new to the world.

I believe in the beauty and importance of ceremonies to celebrate love, and think that these incredibly special meetings are one of the last spaces we have to celebrate love and joy in their purest forms. Let's create one that not only does it justice, but is also completely representative of your values and ideals as well!

This can all seem a little daunting at first, but that's what I'm here for. I guide you through what the structures could look like, giving you as many or as few ideas as you need. You tell me what you want and what you believe, and I'll do my absolute best to turn those ideas and ideals into something truly magical.

My road to wedding is usually paved in the following gold:

Getting to know you chat: A FREE 30 minute initial meeting, to check we're on the same page, and to give you guys an opportunity to ask me any questions you might need to know!
​
Booking: If you decide that I am the celebrant for you, you fill out the form on my website, we lock down that date and begin from there!
​
Questionnaire: I will send you a fun questionnaire to fill out giving me the initial details of how you met, why you love each other and what you'd like your ceremony to look like. At this stage, I'll also give you a list of wedding ideas for some food for thought.
​
The luxury chat: A deep dive into exactly what your ceremony will look like, from people placement, to words said and vows written to symbolic gestures.
​
Ceremony writing and development: I will combine all of your beautiful words and stories into a ceremony for the big day and send it to you. This will be in good time (usually a few months before the ceremony) to allow for any changes you would like! It's a collaborative experience, so together we will sculpt your ceremony to perfection.

The big day: I will arrive at least an hour before the ceremony to ensure that everything goes swimmingly. Being the main point of contact between wedding party members, venue and photographer, I'll ensure that it all goes off without a hitch (ahem. not that one.), welcoming you to your gorgeous and unforgettable ceremony!

I also give you a beautiful copy of your ceremony to keep forever.
